how people change as they grow up?

One of my best friends, for example. We're practically twins. Or at least, we were. I remember back when we met, how she was a shy girl, loved theater and horses and was a good girl. Now she's into partying and drinking and weed and it's just like lol remember back when you hated your brother for selling your shit for drugs and now you're doing them too?
